The history behind the top-notch seafood spot dates back to 1982. The Original Oyster House Restaurant said it was a “dream of enthusiastic entrepreneurs, Joe and Mary Lou Roszkowski and David and Jane Dekle.”
The restaurant is right off the Causeway between Mobile and Spanish Fort, so you can get a great meal and a view. The dining room and banquet room have water views.
The restaurant said, “It’s also a great stop for lunch or dinner after exploring the city and the World War II battleships, submarine and fighter planes at the USS Battleship Memorial Park located just 4 miles down the road.
